What are we doing for COVID-19?

  • If we are doing an on-site appointment, we will use hand sanitizer just before entering your home or office. Our technician will be wearing a mask for the entire appointment. If you would prefer we wash our hands upon arrival or sanitize inside, please let us know and we will.
  • If you do not require an in-person/on-site appointment, we will schedule you for a remote service call, at your preferred date and time. Most issues can be fixed remotely. It’s a one time access that you grant to enable us to work on your equipment and you can communicate via chat (or a phone call if you prefer).
  • If you need us and would prefer a technician pick up and drop off your equipment, we do that too!

We respectfully ask that you do not schedule an in-person appointment if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed and are within a 14 day quarantine period.
